Get your finance pre-approval sorted early, check your KiwiSaver first-home options with your provider, and do your due diligence before you commit. I’m happy to talk you through it.
Buying tips
- Auctions, tenders and negotiation: each method has its own timeline and conditions. Ask me how a property is being sold and what that means for your offer.
- At an open home: look past the styling. Check for signs of dampness, natural light, storage, and street noise at different times of day.
- Due diligence: read the LIM, get a building inspection, and have your lawyer review the sale and purchase agreement before you go unconditional.
